CREDIT TERMS:

For Pre-Approved credit Terms are Net 30 days from Invoice date. Late Penalty of 1.5% interest charge per month or 18% per annum may be assessed on all past due and/or unpaid balance of any individual invoice(s). Should legal action be necessary to collect on invoice(s), the vender by receipt of services and/or merchandise assumes the payment of all court costs and attorney’s fees. Subject to any applicable taxes and dealer profile.

PORTAL/3RD PARTY BILLING:

If the use of a 3rd party billing company is used as payment or processing of your invoicing, Southern Sweepers & Scrubbers reserves the right to charge for any and all additional charges we incur.

TAX:

Prices subject to all applicable taxes including state, county, and local taxes unless exemption certificate is supplied.

FREIGHT:

Machine and accessory orders delivered to F.O.B. shipping point, freight collect or Pre-paid. Parts, supplies, detergent, and floor treating material orders delivered F.O.B., Shippers choice freight prepaid to destination.

STORAGE FEES:

We are pleased to offer up to 30 Days of free storage for customer owned equipment that is not picked or accepted by delivery. A storage fee of $50.00 per day after the free storage period will be applied. Any applicable storage fees must be paid in full before materials will be released. After 30 days Southern Sweepers and Scrubbers, Inc. reserves the right to assume any equipment abandoned and take possession at that time with proper notice given to the customer.

RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Supplies such as tools, pads, blades, detergent, brushes and squeegees are extra. Rental rates do not include fuel.
Customer responsible for daily maintenance and 100-hour preventative maintenance per manufacturers’ recommendations.
Rental fees are not transferable to purchase of equipment.
The equipment shall not be sublet, rented, or allowed to be used by anyone other than the customer or the customer’s employees.
It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of any waste generated while operating the equipment. If the machine is not returned clean and emptied, there will be an additional charge of $90.00 per hour for cleaning and $450.00 for waste disposal.
Customer is responsible for the condition of the machine while it is in their possession. This is from the time the machine is delivered to the customer until it is picked up. The customer is responsible for wear and tear on brushes and squeegees during the rental period. Customer is responsible for the cost of any repairs resulting from damages caused by misuse or abuse. Customer is responsible if the machine is stolen or otherwise unavailable for return to Southern Sweepers and Scrubbers, Inc.
Lessor shall not be liable to Lessee for any loss, delay, or damage of any kind or character resulting from defects in or inefficiencies of the Equipment or accidental breakage thereof. Lessor is not responsible to any party for misused testing procedures or misinterpretation of Equipment test data.
Lessee shall be solely responsible for and shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor harmless against all claims, suits, damages or losses, specifically including the loss of property, and all other liabilities whatsoever, including related expenses and attorney’s fees, for or on account of injuries to or death of any person, including but not limited to the property of the Lessee or Lessor, occasioned by the operation, handling or transportation of the Equipment during the rental period or while the Equipment is in the possession or control of the Lessee.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessee shall have no indemnity obligations whatsoever to the extent and such claims, suits, damages, losses, or other liabilities are caused, directly or indirectly, by the negligence of Lessor.
All freight charges will be paid by the Lessee for shipment from the Lessor and returned to the Lessor.
Lessee will not retain Equipment beyond its return date without prior notice to and consent of Lessor. Lessee will pay rental price in advance or immediately upon the receipt of Equipment. Lessee agrees to pay all collection charges, including reasonable attorney’s fees, if rental is not paid when due. Lessor, at Lessor’s sole discretion, may report Equipment stolen if held 5 days beyond return date.
Lessee will provide a completed and signed credit application prior to the shipment of rental equipment.
If equipment becomes unsafe or is in disrepair, the customer shall immediately cease using the machine and shall notify Southern Sweepers & Scrubbers, Inc. immediately by calling (205) 560-0422.
In the event this account is placed for collection, customer agrees to pay a reasonable attorney fee of 1/3 of the amount owed at the time it is so placed and all accounts over 30 days past due shall accrue interest of 1.5% per month, or (18% annually).

CONDITION NOTICES

If equipment becomes unsafe or is in disrepair, the customer shall immediately cease using the machine and shall notify Southern Sweepers & Scrubbers, Inc. immediately by calling 205-560-0422. I have inspected the unit and find it to be in proper working condition. I acknowledge that I have been instructed on proper operation and maintenance procedures by a Southern Sweepers & Scrubbers, Inc. representative. I understand and will comply with all these procedures and shall be responsible for any repair costs associated with damages while the unit is in my possession.

MACHINE AND RATE INFORMATION

There is a minimum rental charge of 2 days. Rental days are based on 24 hours or 8 engine hours, whichever comes first. There will be an additional rental day charge for each day or partial day during the rental. Rental usage that exceeds 8 engine hours per day shall be subject to additional charges.

Southern Sweepers & Scrubbers utilizes multiple vendors to source products. It is not possible or feasible to display photos of every type (shape, color etc) of part or machine from each manufacturer. Therefore, Southern Sweepers & Scrubbers is not responsible for variations in color or other differences that do not affect the performance or function of the part or machine. Refunds and/or returns may not be authorized for these differences.
